Terms of Service

This General Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and use of our Services and all that we provide in our systems or purchase of our products and related services or services obtained through Lig Host from our partners.

In this Agreement, “you” refers to you as a user of our Services, or any agent, employee or person authorized to act on your behalf. This Agreement explains our obligations to you and your obligations to us for using our Services. These obligations are in addition to any specific terms and conditions that apply to particular services. When you use our Site or your account (or allow someone else to use it) to purchase or obtain Services or cancel your Services (even if we have not been notified of such authorization), you signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the following policies and applicable Product Agreements , which are incorporated by reference here.

1 - Term of Agreement ; Modification

You agree that Lig Host may modify this Agreement and the Services it provides to you from time to time and that such modifications are effective immediately upon posting on this site. Your use of the Site or Services, after such changes or modifications are made, constitutes your agreement to be bound by this Agreement as recently modified. If you have purchased Services from a Lig Host, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect, including any changes to this Agreement, for as long as you avail and use the Services.
Note: We have the right to cancel your order and return the money to you or to your account if there is a problem with the service or the price.

2- Payment, billing, termination and suspension policies

In our system, the payment invoice is extracted 14 days before the renewal date and you will always be reminded of the payment dates
In Shared Hosting Plan, WordPress Hosting And Reseller Hosting
You are given a period of 7 days for payment, if payment is not made, the plan will be suspended for 14 days, within 14 days if payment is not made, the hosting will be terminated
In Linux VPS Hosting, Linux HL Hosting, Windows VPS Hosting and Email Hosting, these plans are suspended on the renewal date immediately and you are given a period of 3 days to pay, on the fourth day the service is terminated
The word “Unlimited” means the fair usage of the unlimited specifications because your website is hosted on a server that host many websites you shouldn’t overload it.
Note : We have the rights to suspend/terminate any website that contains any material of the prohibited content without providing a refund.

3- Prohibited Uses (Web Hosting)

This includes Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, Email hosting

  • Hacking or spyware
  • Nulled scripts
  • Bitcoin mining
  • Content that violates the law of any state
  • File upload websites
  • Pornographic Content
  • Music or movies websites
  • Sending spam / scam emails
  • Copyrighted content
  • PayPal, Visa, Netflix, etc. valid Account checkers - Spam
  • Using the service for any fraud, tactical fraud, scam, spam, illegal things
  • Content against any religion.
  • Any Fraud Tactics

4- Prohibited Uses (VPS Hosting)

  • DDoS Attacks.
  • Net Scan and any type of port scanning
  • Hacking or spyware
  • Sending spam emails or marketing emails
  • Hosting a website containing any material of our web hosting prohibited uses except hosting big files
  • Cryptocurrencies mining with any method
  • Any illegal content
  • Any thing that could harm our infrastructure, us, our servers
  • Content that violates the law of any state.

5- Data Protection

You ACKNOWLEDGE that you are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data and for keeping copies of your data outside the Lig Host network Lig Host is not responsible for any data loss or corruption This is caused by any software or other technology failures - hardware failures - account termination, cancellation, or suspension

6- Refund Policy

You can only request a refund if you have a problem and we can't solve it, but you must request a refund within 7 days of the request only. This includes Shared hosting, WordPress hosting and Reseller hosting.
Domains: we allow you to refund within 4 days of domain registration and the money is refunded to your account only.
In licenses, Linux VPS Hosting, Linux HL Hosting, Windows VPS Hosting, and Email hosting, there is no refund
if the problem is from your script we are not responsible for it and we not refund.

7- Uptime Guarantee

Our uptime guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance and DDoS Attacks. We guarantee 99.95% uptime per month for all of our services.

8 - Host Migration Policies

When you provide us with your current hosting credentials, please choose a temporary password that will only be used during this migration process. You will need to reset once the process is complete. Lig Host cannot be held responsible for any security issues that arise if you choose not to follow these password instructions

Lig Host is not liable for any loss of data or any other detrimental impact to your site throughout the migration process
Hosting migration is guaranteed for cPanel-based hosting accounts and sites created using WordPress. Any manual website migrations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

9- Customer data

Your account information must be real. If a review is conducted and it turns out that the data in your account is not real or suspicious, your account will be suspended or a ticket will be opened to verify your data
Account privacy is handled as necessary. The site team is not allowed to extract customer data unless a legal note is provided
